4.2 Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • A 100% bonus on your first deposit is available up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, total balance ৳32,000.
  • Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x).
  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they become withdrawable only once wagering is complete.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, kirkira11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6. Gaming Policy
